Low-conductivity frame material
uPVC itself transfers less heat than conventional metal, while the actual room result also depends on the chambers, reinforcement, glass, seals and surrounding wall junction.
Sealing and comfort depend on the complete window.
Made-to-measure uPVC windows and doors for homes and projects where thermal comfort, perimeter sealing, noise reduction and easy maintenance are important priorities.
A uPVC window is not just a white frame with glass. Profile depth and chambers, internal reinforcement, welded corners, gaskets, locking points, drainage, glazing and installation all work together. This is especially important when the goal is to reduce heat transfer, outside noise, air leakage or dust in a Jordanian home.

Residential use
It is especially relevant where the homeowner is trying to improve closure and indoor comfort rather than selecting a frame material on appearance alone.
uPVC itself transfers less heat than conventional metal, while the actual room result also depends on the chambers, reinforcement, glass, seals and surrounding wall junction.
Casement and tilt-and-turn systems can close against perimeter gaskets, helping control air and dust when the sash, hardware and installation are correctly adjusted.
The frame does not need periodic repainting, although drainage channels, gaskets and moving hardware still benefit from normal cleaning and inspection.
Opening systems
Opening method changes how the sash closes, ventilates and uses interior space. Compare the mechanism as carefully as the profile.
01
A strong direction when perimeter closure is a higher priority than saving swing space. The sash can be divided into one or more opening leaves according to the width and use.
02
Allows a full inward opening plus a tilted ventilation position with compatible hardware. It is useful where secure everyday ventilation and easy glass access are priorities.
03
Creates a larger uninterrupted glass area where ventilation is available through adjacent opening sashes. Fixed and opening units can be combined in one elevation.
04
Saves interior space and suits some balcony openings. When comparing sliding with hinged systems, consider the required sealing level, track details and daily use rather than choosing by appearance alone.
Quality checks
The visible frame tells only part of the story. Profile construction, reinforcement, glazing and hardware are the details that make two uPVC quotations different.
Different uPVC systems vary in frame depth, chamber layout, wall thickness, gasket arrangement and the glass thicknesses they can accept. The system name should be part of the quotation.
Larger sashes and heavier glass can require suitable internal reinforcement to help the frame and sash remain stable. The requirement depends on the opening dimensions and configuration.
If insulation is a priority, ask for the actual pane thicknesses, spacer gap and glass type. Double glazing performs as part of the complete window rather than as a separate upgrade in isolation.
To compare quotations fairly, ask each supplier to describe the same elements instead of giving only one square-metre figure:
